Brand Identity for That Hair Painter
Darien, the founder of That Hair Painter studio, was ready for a fresh start. She is a luxury grade hair studio based out of Massachusetts. When we had our intro call, she said "I want something other people don't have. I want something different. When I saw the work that you do, I knew I was interested."
Working with brands that are ready to push boundaries and stand out in their perspective industry is my bread and butter. She was ready for something androgynous, edgy, and bold. My inspiration for the brand comes from skate culture's edgy typography, contrast heavy black and white photography, and a visual identity that you never see in the hair industry.
